Where can you purchase wellbeing?

You can purchase School Wellbeing packages online by visiting our online quote form and entering your details.If you would like to build your own package or enquire about an individual wellbeing service please contact our team.

How do staff access the services?

Staff can either download our app to request services or contact our team directly.Contact numbers for our wellbeing team can be found on our Contact Us tab, posters, contact cards and leaflets which we share with you when purchasing wellbeing from us.Search ‘School Wellbeing’ on your mobile/tablet device’s app store to download our app.

What if I want services not included in the packages?

You can contact our team about building your own package or make enquires about a specific services you would like access to.If you do not see a service listed on our website or brochures, and believe this service would benefit you, please email our team [email protected].

How do I promote wellbeing to staff?

You’ll have a dedicated account manager and a wellbeing ambassador to support you in promoting our services.Staff can also download our app to access support and stay up to date with the latest insights from our nurses and wellbeing experts.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. When you purchase a package or create your own, you will be given a price for the year. If you are using a credit system, you pre-pay for credits and will not be charged for additional credits unless you purchase more.There may be extra fees for prescriptions ordered via our GP service but this will be made clear and will be charged to the individual.

Does the school see who's accessed services?

No. All of our services are confidential and compliant with GDPR.In some cases we may share percentages of what services have been accessed over the year but we take care in not sharing any identifiable information.
