How long before an event do I need to start?

Every event is different but we typically recommend 3 months before the event start to ensure the best possible experience. For larger conferences of 500 people or more, we would recommend at least 6 months lead time. For a smaller private event, we would recommend a minimum of 2 months. We are able to deliver virtual events within 1 month.

My event is less than 3 months away, can you help?

Yes of course. We have strategic project plans and templates to create an effective and efficient process from kick-off call to event delivery. How much does an event cost?

It all depends on the event! Small events can range from £5000 - £50,000, whereas larger international multi-day events can start from £50,000 all the way to £1M+. We will always work with you to create and refine the event budget to your requirements, and will negotiate with vendors and suppliers to bring cost-savings and concessions to the bottom line.
