How do I cancel my WITZ Trivia Quiz Game subscription?

You can cancel an iOS / Apple subscription through Apple's subscription settings. You can cancel an Android / Google Play subscription through Google Play subscriptions. Can I transfer my account from Android to iOS?

Yes. Sign in on your old device using one of the available login methods, then sign in with the same method on the new device. Once you use the same login method, your account data will be available on the new device.

I lost my progress after signing in again. What should I do?

If your profile looks new after signing in again, make sure you are using the same login method you used before. For example, if you originally signed in with Apple, Google, email, or another login option, use that same method on the new session or device. If your progress, unlocked topics, streak, level, or rewards are still missing, contact WITZ support from the app and include your username and the email address you used to register, if you registered with one.

A Survival or Event challenge is stuck, does not start, or made me lose gems. What can I do?

If a Survival or Event challenge freezes, does not start, or closes unexpectedly, please avoid retrying multiple times if gems are being spent. First, make sure the app is updated to the latest version and restart it. If the issue continues, contact WITZ support from the app and include your username, the email address you used to register if available, the challenge name, and what happened. Our support team will review the issue and check whether your lost gems or challenge attempt can be restored.

Why did I not receive a reward after inviting friends?

Invite rewards may require the invited player to install the app and complete the required steps using your invite link. If someone joined through your invitation but you did not receive the reward or they were not added as a friend, contact WITZ support from the app and include your username, the email address you used to register if available, and the invited player's username or email if you know it.

How can I report a wrong or confusing trivia question?

If you find a question with a wrong answer, duplicate answers, or confusing wording, please report it to WITZ support from the app. Include the quiz topic, the question, the answers shown, and a screenshot if possible. Our team reviews reported questions to improve the game.
