How do inspections work?

Each clean is inspected by a trained field inspector. They verify every step of our process, restage the property as needed, and upload time-stamped, photo-verified reports so you know your rental is truly ready for the next guest.

What happens if a guest complains about cleanliness?

Yes! We specialize in back-to-back turnovers and peak season cleanings, including Saturdays. Many property managers implement 7-day minimum guest stays, which often causes all cleanings to fall on the same day.
