Are your teas really fresh?

Our teas are fresh because we buy the first pick of every season and take utmost care of the same once it reaches our facility. Tea has 4 enemies - Light, moisture, oxygen and heat. In our dehumidified facility we ensure they are packed and stored well. The dehumidifier helps to keep the moisture levels intact and also helps keep the optimum temperature in place. The teas are then immediately bulk vacuum packed to keep the moisture and oxygen at bay. This unique process ensures our teas fresh as the day they were processed at the estates.

How do I brew the teas in the sampler?

Brewing instructions for each tea included in the samplers are mentioned on the sticker. Typically, these teas are best brewed with freshly boiled water and steeped for a few minutes to experience the wonderful complexity and nuances they have to offer.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship your FRESH teas from the foothills of the Himalaya. It takes 1 business day to process orders before they are shipped. Once your item/s have been dispatched, the tracking link will be shared and the estimated delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping option: Express: 5-8 days Standard: 12-18 days
