Assisted Living at Summit Pointe offers options for tenants who may need support or services tailored to their needs. Tenants live in their own apartment with the option of scheduled services, and staff are nearby in case of an urgent moment. Services include medication management and administration, assistance with bathing and dressing, and escorts. Services can be started or stopped at any time.

What is the difference between an independent room or an assisted living room?

Summit Pointe offers 89 rooms that can be occupied as either independent living or assisted living. The difference is whether services are added when moving in or after move-in, depending on the level of help needed.

Does Summit Pointe Senior Living offer memory care?

Yes, Summit Pointe offers a cozy 12-room Memory Care neighborhood designed for the needs of those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other forms of memory impairment. Memory Care tenants continue to live rich, fulfilling, and dignified lives with daily interaction and activities designed around them.

Does Summit Pointe accept elderly waiver or Medicaid (Title 19)?

Does Summit Pointe accept long term care insurance or VA benefits?

If you have a long term care insurance policy and meet its requirements, it may cover assistance provided by Summit Pointe. What if I need assistance but my husband or wife doesn't? Can we still live in the same apartment?

Yes. Summit Pointe tailors assistance to the individual, so couples can choose any apartment and one tenant can receive services while the other does not. There is no need to move apartments just because one person needs assistance.
