Is SimpliTend compatible with both Apple and Android devices?

Yes, SimpliTend senior and caregiver apps are available for Apple and Android smartphones, and they are cross-platform compatible. This implies that a senior can use the app on an Apple iPhone while their family caregiver uses an Android smartphone, or vice versa. Simply download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and start caring for your loved one.

Can I share caring with other family members or friends?

Absolutely, SimpliTend allows the primary caregiver to designate a family member or friend as a temporary caregiver. Once a temporary caregiver is selected, the family member can simply log into the SimpliTend app on their smartphone and view the same care plan as the primary caregiver. Additionally, all medication and activity notifications are forwarded to the temporary caregiver. The primary caregiver may disable this feature at any time and resume getting notifications normally.
