What if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans change! Rocky Mountain Food Tours offers a flexible cancellation policy. Guests can reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours in advance of your tour. Because we coordinate closely with our restaurant partners, we do require a minimum notice window. You may also choose to add optional trip protection for 10% (non-refundable) that allows you to cancel all the way up to three hours in advance of your tour. What if it rains or snows?

Our tours run year-round, rain, snow, or shine! Colorado weather can be unpredictable, but that's part of the adventure. We plan our routes with comfort in mind, including indoor stops along the way. Just dress appropriately for the weather, and you'll still enjoy the food tour—it's truly a fun thing to do in Colorado Springs in any season.

Can you accommodate my food allergies?

We do our best to accommodate common food allergies and dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and gluten free preferences. Because our tastings are pre-selected based on the most popular items on the menu, we ask that you notify us in advance so we can coordinate alternatives where possible. While we can't guarantee substitutions for every restriction, we're happy to work with you to create the best experience possible.

What if I have a group of 8+ people?

We love hosting groups! Whether you're planning a birthday, corporate outing, bachelorette party, or just a gathering of friends, our food tours offer a unique and memorable group experience. If your group is less than 12, feel free to book from our public tour calendar to get the best rate. If your party is 8 or more, you may also book a private tour and enjoy a more personalized experience. How much walking is involved?

Our tours are designed to be easy and enjoyable for most guests. You can expect to walk about 1 to 1.5 miles over the course of two to two-and-a-half hours, with several stops along the way. We keep a relaxed pace and build in time to sit, eat, and enjoy each location.
