What Are Repair Credits?

Repair credits are the built in value of your RepairFind membership. Each month, part of your subscription goes toward credits you can use for future repairs.

What do repair credits cover?

Repair credits may be applied toward the labour portion of any eligible repair or maintenance service. The maximum credit that can be used on a single repair is 50% of the total labour charge.

Can I use credits for parts or diagnostic fees?

No. Repair credits cannot be applied to parts, diagnostic fees, materials, or third party service costs. These charges are payable by the customer at the time of service.

Do unused credits expire?

No, unused credits stay available for future use as long as your membership remains active.

How do I know how many credits I have?

You can check your current credit balance anytime by logging into your RepairFind member portal or by contacting our support team

What if my repair costs more than my available credits?

If your total labour cost exceeds the 50% credit limit, you simply pay the remaining balance, along with any parts or materials used.

How fast is service?

Members enjoy priority scheduling, with most service requests completed within 24 hours. Emergency calls receive immediate attention.
