How do I return an order?

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. To start a return, simply reach out to our customer support team and we'll send you a return label via USPS. Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date and items must be unworn and in their original condition. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. Because our inventory moves fast and stock levels change frequently, the best way to get what you need is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want. What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?

What's the estimated delivery time for my order?

We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 days depending on your location and your local postal service. In short, most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks from the time you place your order. During high-volume periods like new drops or holidays, processing may take a little longer. Why does my puff print item have an odor?

Every Rebirth product goes through quality control before it reaches you, but puff print items can sometimes arrive with a slight odor due to the printing process. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. The fix is simple, hang the item outside or in a well-ventilated area overnight and the odor will clear up on its own.

How do your clothes fit?

Our clothing is designed with a comfortable unisex fit in mind, built for everyone. If you prefer a looser, oversized look we recommend sizing up one.
