What is the duration of the contract?

These services are based on a renewable annual contract, the early termination of the contract is possible with the both the parties agreement. The service criteria is structured to deliver what you need for a long term, not focused on to practice short term goals.

How the outsourced deliverables are monitored?

Every client facility shall have a key account manager catering to the above the services mentioned and looking after the track of the services deliverables and responsible to deploy the required team to full fill the requirement.

How the outsourcing process works?

One the contract is signed; our business analysts’ team will visit your healthcare facility and do multi-point check the area our contract covers to understand the current state and do a full gap analysis and point out what we need to and plan do an action plan and project map, then assign your own account manager to take care of the process, weekly client and Alpha team analysis the process, plan the future implications.
