We preserve and digitize a wide range of personal and family media, including VHS and VHS-C tapes, 8mm, Hi8 and MiniDV tapes, film reels such as 8mm, super 8 and 16mm, photographs, slides, negatives, audio cassettes, records, and more. If you have older or uncommon formats, we can review your collection and advise what is possible.

How long does the digitization process take?

Turnaround time depends on the type and quantity of media and any restoration required. Most projects are completed within about a week. A clear timeline is provided after reviewing your collection.

Can you restore or improve the quality of damaged photos, videos, or audio?

Yes, we offer professional restoration services. Photos can be enhanced by correcting color and reducing damage. Videos and films can be adjusted for color, contrast, speed and edited as needed. Audio can be improved by boosting volume and reducing background noise.

How do you ensure the safety and security of my original items?

All items are handled with care, tracked throughout the process, and stored securely in a controlled environment. Strict handling procedures are followed to ensure your originals remain safe.

What happens to my items after they are digitized? Do you return originals?

Yes, all original photos, tapes and films are returned after the project is complete. We create digital copies so you can preserve and share your memories while keeping the originals.
