What is Juniors?

Juniors is an AI-first, multi-product platform built as a multi-tenant modular monolith. It bundles three products — Concierge (AI customer support), Data Sensei (natural-language analytics), and Search Sensei (SEO and GEO audits) — under one workspace, all running on infrastructure you own.

What does "bring your own infrastructure" mean?

For each product, you connect your own PostgreSQL database, Redis instance, and S3 bucket. Customer conversations, queries, embeddings, audit reports, and exports all live in your infrastructure. Juniors only stores org and member metadata, plus the encrypted credentials needed to connect to your services.

Which LLM providers does Juniors support?

Anthropic Claude and OpenAI. Each product configures its own LLM keys, and you can set primary + backup chains per workspace. You bring your own API keys — Juniors does not bill or mark up tokens.

How are the three products isolated?

Each product gets its own client database, Redis, and S3 configuration. A product column on the ClientService table ensures credentials are scoped per product. Concierge data and Data Sensei data live in separate stores, even within the same organization.

How does authentication work?

Passwordless email OTP via SendGrid. JWT access tokens (15-minute TTL) plus HTTP-only refresh-token cookies (7-day TTL). All API endpoints enforce role-based access at middleware.

Where can I sign in?

The product workspace lives at app.juniors.ai. Sign in with your work email, receive a one-time code, and you are routed to the right product based on your role.

Is Juniors hosted or self-hosted?

The Juniors orchestration layer (API, dashboard, queue) is hosted by us. The data layer (Postgres, Redis, S3) and the AI layer (Anthropic or OpenAI) are connected from your accounts. This split is what removes vendor lock-in and the LLM markup.
