What services do you offer?

We provide in house custom jewelry services, custom jewelry makeovers , jewelry appraisals by certified gemologist appraisers and expert jewelry repairs on jewelry purchased from and created by Jewelsmith. We do not work on watches.

Why do I need to make an appointment?

Our goal is to make sure every client gets the same level of time and attention. To do so, we modified our process in 2020 to require appointments so that we could devote that allotted time to you (each service type of appointment has designated amounts of time). We also want to ensure there is an available Jewelsmith team member to assist you. Appointments keep our in-store counts manageable, gives you more time and personalized attention and allows us to plan for your visit!

What happens if I didn’t make an appointment?

We still welcome walk-ins, but appointments are preferred. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have an available Jewelsmith team member when you arrive, which means you may have a short wait time or you may be asked to return when someone is available. There is a chance that we can serve your needs quickly (quick drop-offs and clean and checks of your Jewelsmith purchased jewelry) also. If we are completely full/booked, we’ll look at other times to schedule so that you have the proper time and attention, too!

What are your turnaround times for custom jewelry, jewelry repairs and appraisals?

Sometimes we can accommodate shorter deadlines. Currently it takes around 8 weeks to complete a custom jewelry project. Jewelry repairs take about 4 weeks. Please note that we only repair jewelry purchased from or created by Jewelsmith. See our full repair policy. Jewelry appraisals take about 4 weeks.

How long will it take to get my online orders?

We offer free shipping. See our detailed shipping information We can not guarantee on-time delivery due to carrier delays beyond our control! Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Tuesday - Friday will be shipped on the day you purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, or on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and holidays), will be shipped on the next business day. Do you offer free returns for online orders?

Yes! You can return items for exchange or store credit for items returned in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase for items purchased online only (not in store purchases). Purchases made in our physical location can only be exchanged/store credit. Are your products ethically sourced?

We create our ready-to-wear and custom jewelry with 100% recycled gold. We repurpose and refine gold, silver and platinum. Any new precious metals purchased come from SCS certified suppliers .
