Will an AI voice fool my leads, or sound like a robot?

It won't fool them, and we don't try. Insurvoice opens every call with a clear AI disclosure (per FCC AI rules and California's bot law). Leads still book — because the agent is helpful, doesn't fumble objections, and respects their time. Pilot transcripts available on demo.

Is this TCPA-compliant for cold reactivation?

Yes — but only against leads with prior contact / express consent on file (which dormant CRM leads almost always are). We don't dial strangers. We configure consent rules per state, log written disclosures, and Layer 3 of the guarantee covers fines up to $25k per incident.

How is this different from Sonant or WooSender?

Sonant owns inbound receptionist for P&C — they're great at it, we don't compete there directly. WooSender is mostly SMS with limited AI calls — agency owners we've interviewed report poor reviews and call quality. Insurvoice is voice-first, insurance-trained, with native AMS integrations — and we focus on outbound reactivation, the wedge nobody owns yet.

How long does setup actually take?

48 hours from contract to first campaign live, on Growth tier. The 30-day onboarding runs your first three campaigns and trains the agent on your specific objections. You're not waiting on a 90-day 'implementation'.

Will this integrate with HawkSoft / AgencyZoom / Applied Epic?

Yes — these are native integrations. We also support AMS360, HubSpot, Momentum, and any CRM with an open API or Zapier. Phone-number porting is supported so the call ID matches your agency.

What if my lead list is small or messy?

Starter tier is built for that. Minimum that makes economic sense: ~500 leads with valid phone numbers in the last 36 months. Below that, you're better off with our After-Hours Receptionist plan only. The free CRM audit (Bonus #1) tells you the truth before you sign.

Can I cancel?

Month-to-month, no annual lock-in. Layer 1 of the guarantee gives you a 14-day no-questions refund. After that, cancel any month with 7 days' notice.

Do you replace my producers?

No, and that's the point. Insurvoice handles the parts your producers refuse to do (cold dialing, after-hours, tedious follow-up) so they spend their time on conversations that actually close. Producers stay; the dialing-for-dollars time goes away.
