Where are Inplace Studio showrooms in Southern California?

Inplace Studio has two showrooms. The flagship La Jolla studio is at 7739 Fay Ave, La Jolla, CA 92037, serving San Diego County including Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Coronado, and Carmel Valley. The Laguna Beach SieMatic showroom is at 465 Forest Ave, Suite A-B, Laguna Beach, CA 92651, serving Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast, and Dana Point. A Los Angeles showroom in Beverly Hills is opening soon. Both are by private appointment, Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm.

Collections include SieMatic SLX (German precision, handleless engineering), Urban SG-6 (contemporary form), Mondial (refined minimalism), and Classic (timeless European proportion). Italian cabinetry and custom closet and wardrobe systems are also available from the same European manufacturing partners.

Yes. Inplace Studio serves luxury homeowners across all of Southern California. San Diego clients use the La Jolla showroom. Orange County clients in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Pelican Hill, and Coto de Caza use the Laguna Beach location. Los Angeles clients in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and West Hollywood are served by appointment at either showroom or by video consultation.

How does the custom cabinetry design process work at Inplace Studio?

The process begins with a private showroom consultation where a designer walks clients through European collections and the full material library. A full 3D design with specifications is developed, tailored to the specific space. Once approved, cabinetry is fabricated in Europe and shipped to California for white-glove installation. Inplace Studio manages every phase — design, procurement, logistics, and installation — as a single point of contact.

Can I start with a video consultation at Inplace Studio?

Yes. Clients can share floor plans and inspiration images in advance and arrange a video consultation with one of Inplace Studio's designers. This is ideal for Los Angeles clients and those early in the planning process. Most clients who begin by video choose to visit the La Jolla or Laguna Beach showroom at some point to experience European materials and hardware in person.
