No! We find that our students become more confident to stand up to bullies yet use conflict resolution before ever resorting to physicality. In fact student become less aggressive and remain calm in stressful situations.

Are Parents Allowed To Watch?

We encourage parents to watch their children during classes from our spacious lobby as well as being able to watch from home on ZOOM. We love parents getting involved! We offer family classes so parents can join the fun with their children. Parents love it and so do their kids. Your kids will love that you have something in common. It will build a strong family bond! Occasionally, if you want some ‘me-time’ s imply drop your children off, and go grab a coffee. They will greet you with a huge smile when you return, because they had SO much fun!

Do I Need To Be Fit For This?

No, not at all! We find that people start at varying fitness levels. But, you will find that you do get fit by doing our Amherst & Williamsville martial arts classes.

What Do I Need To Bring To My First Martial Arts Lesson?

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. We don't recommend jeans. Be sure to bring a water bottle to your martial arts classes.
