Do I need to train my team?

No. If they can drag a file into a browser, they can use File Logic. Most teams are productive on day one.

What about HIPAA and data security?

We are built on HIPAA-ready infrastructure. Data is encrypted, isolated by organization, and securely deleted. A signed Business Associate Agreement is available on request.

Does the AI pull from external sources or other cases?

No. The AI only works with your uploaded documents and your firm's knowledge base. It does not reference other clients or external sources.
