Do Field Skillets work on induction?

Yes—all of our cast iron products work on induction. Cast iron is naturally magnetic, which is exactly what induction cooktops require (even if the bottom of the pan doesn't have full contact). You are also welcome to try the pan for 45 days with your own stove to make sure it's right for you.

How do I season my pan?

Every Field skillet comes ready to cook, pre-seasoned with several coats of organic oil. The nonstick surface only gets better the more you cook and will continue to develop seasoning from the oils you cook with.Learn more about cast iron care
