What's included in the base yacht rental price?

Base rate in our yacht charter services includes licensed captain and crew, fuel for standard routes (≤25nm), unlimited soft drinks and water, towels, ice, sound system, insurance, and safety equipment. Alcohol, catering, décor, and watersports are optional add-ons quoted separately. For dubai yacht rental or dubai yacht hire, inclusions are identical.

Can I bring my own food and drinks onboard?

Yes, BYO food and alcohol allowed (no corkage fee), which is perfect for a girls' bachelorette yacht cruise in Dubai. We provide ice, plates, cups. Alternatively, order via the catering partner (BBQ from AED 80/person, custom menus available). Advance notice required for catering (48h). Simple plans work like a basic boat rental, premium menus elevate the experience.

Are swim stops guaranteed on every charter?

Swim stops available on 4+h charters, subject to weather (wave height under 0.5m, wind under 15 knots, daylight). Captain has final say for safety. Success rate: 80% on 4–5h charters, 95% on 6+h. Short 2–3h cruises don't include swim stops.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

Free cancellation 48h+ before departure (full deposit refund within 3 business days). Cancellations 24–48h prior incur 50% charge; under 24h equals 100% charge. Weather cancellations (Coast Guard warning) receive free reschedule or full refund.

How far in advance should I book?

Peak season (Oct–Apr) and weekends: if you want to book a private yacht for your party, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead. Weekdays and off-peak (May–Sep): 1 week sufficient. Last-minute bookings (24–48h) subject to availability. Demand is high across yacht rental companies. Add-ons require advance notice: catering and décor (48h minimum), watersports (24h minimum).

Are children and infants allowed onboard?

Yes, all ages welcome. Children under 9 must wear life jackets (provided onboard, including infant sizes 0–2 years). High chairs available on 60ft+ yachts. Kids' menu options (nuggets, pasta, fruit) can be added via catering.

Can I customize the yacht route?

Absolutely. Standard routes cover Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab. Custom routes within 25nm of departure point are included. Extended routes (beyond 25nm from departure) incur fuel surcharge (AED per nautical mile). Discuss with captain before departure.

Do you provide multilingual crew (Russian, German, French)?

English is standard; Russian, German, and French-speaking crew available on request (48h notice, subject to availability). WhatsApp translation support provided 24/7 for all languages. Most captains speak basic Russian for common requests.
