The right ladder size depends on two things: how far your dock sits above the water and how deep you want the ladder to reach below the surface. Easy way to do this is measure from the top of your dock down to the waterline, then add at least 2-3 feet of submerged rungs so swimmers can climb out easily. The sweet spot is 3 rungs in the water. Most ladders we offer are available in 3-7 rungs.
