MindRelay is Divitel’s observability and intelligent operations platform. It connects every layer of a video and broadband ecosystem — from ingest to end-user device — into one unified operational truth. It includes 50+ data agents, 130+ dashboards, AI-powered anomaly detection, and FlowPilot intelligent alarm-to-incident routing. MindRelay is vendor-agnostic and integrates with every major IPTV vendor.

Where is Divitel based?

Divitel is headquartered in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands (Fauststraat 3, 7323 BA). The Divitel Operating Center in Apeldoorn runs 24/7 platform operations for customers across four continents.

Is Divitel vendor-independent?

Yes. Divitel is independent and vendor-agnostic by design. The team works with any major IPTV, OTT, CDN, middleware or DRM vendor, and deliberately has no reseller or preferential relationships that would compromise impartial advice.

Who does Divitel work with?

Divitel serves tier 1–4 telecom operators, ISPs, cable operators and media companies.
