How do I get a quote?
The easiest way is to use our Request A Quote form on this website. You can also call or text us directly at (480) 717-5012 during business hours. We typically respond to quote requests within one business day.
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
Our minimum for screen printed items is 24 pieces per design. Screen printing becomes most cost-effective at 48+ pieces where the per-piece price drops significantly. For orders under from 6 pieces or more, we recommend our Direct to Film (DTF) printing which has a minimum of only 6 pieces.
Do you have a minimum order for embroidery?
No, we have no minimum order on embroidered items when you order from our blank garment selection. There are also no digitizing setup fees when you order 12 of our blanks. You can order a single embroidered polo or hat. For customer-supplied garments, minimums and setup fees may apply.
How long does it take to get my order?
Our standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from art approval and order confirmation. Rush orders are available call or text us at (480) 717-5012 to discuss your timeline. Large orders or complex multi-location embroidery may require additional time.
What is the difference between screen printing, embroidery, and DTF?
Screen printing applies ink directly to fabric best for bold, high-volume designs on t-shirts and workwear. Embroidery stitches thread through the fabric professional, durable, and ideal for polos, hats, and uniforms. DTF (Direct to Film) transfers full-color designs onto any fabric type perfect for complex logos, small runs, or garments that are not ideal for screen printing. We help you choose the right method for your project.
Can you do custom work shirts and uniforms for my business?
Yes, uniform programs for businesses are our specialty. We work with HVAC companies, construction firms, landscaping crews, property management companies, and many other trades businesses across Phoenix and Arizona. We offer consistent sizing across reorders, account management for ongoing programs, and bulk pricing at 50, 100, and 250+ pieces.
Do you work with schools, churches, and non-business groups?
Absolutely. From crews to classrooms and beyond we work with schools, churches, dance studios, sports teams, nonprofits, restaurants, and event organizers. Whether you need 6 shirts for a dance recital or 500 for a school spirit week, we can help.
What file format do I need for my artwork?
The best formats are vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF. These scale to any size without losing quality. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI or higher) also work well. If you only have a low-resolution image or just an idea, our design team can help recreate or refine your artwork at no extra charge.
