What is digital signage and how does it work?

How much does digital signage cost?

CrownTV pricing is package-based. Turnkey indoor 4K packages start at $3,200 per screen, and high-brightness storefront packages start at $3,850 per screen, including commercial display, media player, install, training, and first-year software. How fast can we go live?

Standard turnkey deployment is under one week per location from site survey to live screen. Larger rollouts (multi-location, 50+ screens) follow a phased plan with the first locations live inside two weeks. Hardware ships kitted per site, so there's no on-site assembly bottleneck.

Do we have to use your hardware?

No. CrownTV can quote the exact scope you need: digital signage software, commercial displays, nationwide technicians, content design, managed troubleshooting, or the full turnkey digital signage bundle under one contract. Most multi-location clients choose turnkey for accountability, but the service paths can stand alone.

What kind of support do you provide?

Every CrownTV deployment includes proactive screen monitoring, content help when you need it, and on-site service through our nationwide installer network. One vendor, one invoice, one team accountable from spec to support, with remote diagnostics and field dispatch when a CrownTV-deployed device needs service.

Can it integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. The CrownTV Dashboard supports POS feeds, calendar sources, RSS, social media, IPTV streams, and custom HTML widgets. Tell us what you have today — Square, Toast, Olo, ADP, an internal API — and we map the integration during the scoping call so it's live the day the screens are.
