5. How many days per week should I attend?

If you’re a beginner and just starting out, let’s go with 2 to 4 times per week to see results and allow you to adjust. We always want to balance your hard work with recovery. Over time, you might work up to 4 or 5 days per week. It truly depends on your goals. Get started with us today!

6. How does the program work?

We offer an exciting, challenging, and varied (not random) program which keeps things fun and prevents plateaus! The workouts are published in advance. Some days are more strength focused where we will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included. Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. 7. What should I expect in a class?

All classes are 60 minutes and led by qualified, certified coaches. We start together with a warm up designed to activate the muscles you’re about to use. Your coach will explain the day’s workout details, and you’ll spend time practicing the movements before grabbing any equipment. As you’re working, your coach provides personal attention and feedback to ensure you’re using proper form, weight, reps, etc. At the end of class, we’ll cool down together to accelerate recovery (and add in the additional chatting, laughing, and connecting). YES! We are right at the corner of Central Pike and Lebanon Road. Turn into the parking lot for All-Star Medical, then go to the last building back. We’re the first suite (#302) of that last building.
