What is Country Fusion?

Country Fusion is a 50-minute LIIT-based workout fusing country line dancing with Latin, hip-hop, jazz, swing, honky-tonk, and two-step to burn up to 500 calories. It improves muscle endurance, flexibility, posture, coordination, balance, memory, core strength, and fat loss while being modifiable for all ages, fitness levels, and genders.

Who founded Country Fusion?

Elizabeth Mooney created Country Fusion; she's a professional dancer since age 2 with over 10 years in fitness, former NY dance studio owner, Off-Broadway producer, and holder of certifications like AFAA Personal Trainer, Zumba, Barre, HIIT, Bootcamp, and CPR/AED.

What classes are available?

Classes include Country Fusion Beginner/Advanced (line dance-focused), Barre Toning, Stiletto Diva Strut, Broadway Dance, Total Body Fit, Belly/Butt/Thighs, Pole Dance Fitness, Two Step/Country Swing, Salsa, Private Dance Lessons, and Pole Privates. In-person options run Monday-Saturday at Nashville HQ; Zoom virtual classes are also offered.

How much do classes cost?

Single group classes cost $30; monthly unlimited (all classes except pole) is $144, with pole included at $164; virtual unlimited is $84. Bachelorette parties start at $390 for 1.5 hours (up to 6 people, $65/additional); privates range $30-$100 or $75/hour personal training.
