How much does an initial consultation cost?

Our initial consultation fee is $120. During the consultation we will review your situation in detail, give you our honest assessment of the legal issues involved, outline your available options, and discuss likely costs and timelines. You will leave with a clear picture of what working with us will look like.

Do you offer flat fee services?

Yes, many routine estate planning matters such as simple wills and trusts, and certain real estate documents, can be handled for a flat fee. Many other matters can be handled at reasonable hourly rates. We will discuss the best options for your situation at your consultation.

Which courts do your attorneys appear in?

Our attorneys are admitted in Colorado state courts and regularly appear in Fremont, Custer, Pueblo, Chaffee, and El Paso County courts, as well as many other counties including the Denver metro area. We also have attorneys licensed in Oklahoma.

Do I need an attorney, or can I handle my legal matter myself?

Many legal issues can be resolved without an attorney. However, when your rights and obligations are at stake, having experienced counsel gives you the confidence to make decisions based on a full understanding of your situation. We are happy to discuss whether you need formal representation during your initial consultation.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We typically schedule initial consultations within a few business days. For urgent matters such as a DUI arrest or an imminent court date, please call us directly at (719) 275-4161 and we will do our best to accommodate you promptly.

Do you serve clients outside of Canon City?

Yes. We serve clients throughout Fremont, Custer, Pueblo, El Paso, and Chaffee Counties, and have represented clients in many other Colorado counties including the Denver metro area. We now have offices in both Canon City and Pueblo West, Colorado.
