Do you offer setup support?

Yes! While the ClientGen dashboard is created to be extremely user-friendly, we offer live setup and onboarding support via the Amplify and Scale plans.

Is the information I unlock exclusive to me?

The data you unlock (uses 2 credits per unlock) is based on your search criteria, so it’s unique to you, though others may also find and unlock the same information. If you want full ownership of a high-net-worth individual’s money-in-motion event, you can make it exclusive (uses 10 credits). This removes that money-in-motion event from the platform so no one else can access it.

Where does the information come from?

ClientGen turns millions of public sources into verified insights designed for Financial Services professionals. Every data point is CCPA/GDPR compliant, SOC2 Type 2 (in progress), and rigorously checked for accuracy—so you can trust what you unlock.

How current is the data?

ClientGen updates the platform with fresh event data each week and month, tagging it with an “Event Month” label that shows when the event was detected. Most events are identified within 90 days of happening—often even earlier.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You may cancel at any point during your 7-day free trial without incurring any cost. After the 7-day free trial, you may cancel your subscription after your first 90 days by contacting us via the website.
