How do I know how much my specific appointment will cost?

We provide a cost estimate during booking, based on your health insurance plan. If you have insurance coverage, your final cost is determined after we submit a claim. Once processed, we’ll notify you in the app and you can pay securely online.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept over 1,500 insurance plans and cover many major PPO plans across the U.S. To confirm if we accept your insurance, begin booking an appointment online or in our app. You’ll enter your insurance information for real-time verification.

What states do you operate in?

To view where we currently offer primary care services and virtual appointments, begin booking an appointment through our website or app. Please note: you must be physically located in the state of treatment and have a pharmacy directly in that state to receive care.

If your telehealth visit requires in-person testing, such as lab work or vaccinations, your provider can send an order directly to a nearby lab or pharmacy. Results are integrated into our secure, HIPAA-compliant app for easy access to your medical records, prescriptions, and treatment plans.

Can I use Circle Medical for urgent care-type reasons?

We can help diagnose and treat many common conditions that are often treated at urgent care centers. If a condition requires immediate or emergency medical care, we recommend that you immediately seek in-person care at a local urgent care or emergency room.
