How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 days, depending on your location. All products are shipped frozen using temperature-controlled transport to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Will the products stay frozen during delivery?

Yes. All orders are shipped using temperature-controlled frozen transport (-25°C). Your products will arrive safely frozen and ready to store or cook.

What if my order arrives damaged or not in perfect condition?

If your order arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will replace the product or issue a refund — no hassle. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I cook your sausages?

Our sausages are raw and should be fully cooked before consumption. Pan-fry, grill, or oven cook on medium heat until fully cooked through. Avoid high heat to preserve texture and juiciness.

How should I store the products?

Keep products frozen at -18°C or below . Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 days . Do not refreeze after thawing.
