1. How do I get started with training at Invigorate Fitness?

We love to have you come out to the gym, not for a workout, to see the facility and have a conversation with one of our coaches. You can schedule that by clicking one of the “Free Intro” buttons on our site!

2. What can I expect in my first few training sessions?

We will have soreness, that is good. You will be coached… a lot. That is what they are there for. You may be confused, but that is ok. Please ask all the questions. We like to offer our members a foundation course when they first start to help with some of these first class feelings.

3. Do you offer special discounts for students or seniors?

We do offer a 10% off for Students, Seniors and Veterans.

4. Do you have top-notch equipment for strength training?

We have all the equipment you could ever want or need to gain strength!

5. Are you open 24/7?

We are not. You can find our hours on our schedule page.

6. Do you have personal trainers available?

We have 3 coaches that take on personal training clients. Ask a coach during your intro and they will see if they have any slots available.

7. Do you offer affordable membership fees?

We go over all of our memberships during that invite out to see the gym. From our higher priced options like personal training to our lower priced ones like group class membership, we have a price item for everyone to get their fitness in!

8. Do you have childcare facilities?

We offer childcare at specific class times. Ask a coach and they can provide those times to you.
