1. How do I get started with training at CFE Fitness?

A free intro (sometimes nicknamed a ‘No Sweat Intro’ – no working out and no sweating will take place!) is a an easy, commitment-free way to get started! We’ll go over your fitness goals, introduce you to our programs, and give you a feel for our community, all without breaking a sweat. You’ll get to meet the team, see the gym, and find out why CFE is a good fit for you!

2. What can I expect in my first few training sessions?

In your first few classes or personal training sessions, our coaches are getting to know who you are, how your body moves and what we can do to best customize the workouts to make sure that they are as safe, effective for your goals and fun as possible for you.

3. Do you offer personal and semi-private training?

Yes! We offer both personal and semi-private training sessions. These training sessions allow you to work with a coach on a personalized program. Whether you’re focusing on specific goals or working around injuries, our trainers create a plan that’s right for you.

4. Do you offer CrossFit classes for beginners?

Absolutely! We welcome all fitness levels at our fitness facility. For new members, interested in CrossFit, we start with a free intro to discuss your goals and a personalized plan. Our Beginner Program is a combination of small group classes (no more than 4) and group classes (when you’re ready.)

5. I'm out of shape. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes! Our training is designed to meet you where you are and progress in a way that feels challenging yet achievable. Whether you’re new to fitness, coming back after time off, or starting fresh, your program is built around your abilities, not a preset standard.

6. Do you have kids programs?

Yes, we run kids/teens classes year-round in the afternoons. We also offer personal training & semi-private training for teens. In addition, we have Family Fit classes & kids birthday parties.

7. Do you have Ladies Only programs?

We do! Curvy Girls is a ladies on program that includes bootcamp, stretch/core/balance and weightlifting for ladies only. We also have semi-private strength training & special Curvy events.
