Yes. Body Shape Studio is a fully women-only private studio. No men are allowed on the premises at any time.

Where is Body Shape Studio located in Dubai?

Body Shape Studio is located in Arjan, Al Barsha South, Dubai. We are 10 minutes from Dubai Hills, Barsha, Arabian Ranches and Damac Hills.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients see visible inch loss and feel lighter legs within the first 2 to 3 weeks. Significant body shaping and cellulite reduction results are typically visible by week 4 to 6 of the program. Weekly measurements track your progress in real numbers every session.

What is the 6-week transformation program?

Our signature 6-week program combines BodyShape vacuum treadmill, EMS full-body sculpting and RollShape lymphatic massage into a structured weekly plan. Every session includes body measurements, WhatsApp coaching support and simple nutrition guidance. Limited to 8 women per month.

Who are the machines suitable for?

Our machines are suitable for all women regardless of fitness level. They are specifically designed for low-impact exercise, making them ideal for busy women, beginners, postnatal recovery and anyone who finds conventional gym training too intense or time-consuming.

What is the difference between BodyShape and a regular treadmill?

The BodyShape vacuum treadmill uses negative pressure technology to increase blood circulation and lymphatic drainage in the lower body during walking. This targets stubborn fat in the hips, thighs and abdomen far more effectively than a regular treadmill, while remaining completely low-impact.

How does EMS body sculpting work?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) sends gentle electrical impulses that activate up to 90% of muscle fibres simultaneously. A single 30-minute EMS session is equivalent to hours of conventional exercise, firming and toning the waist, arms, thighs and core without any high-impact movement.
