What fitness classes do you offer in Dubai?

We offer eight group classes: Aero Yoga, Calorie Burn, High Heels, Pilates, Kangoo Jumps, Stretching, Zumba and Yoga. Altogether, these cover cardio workouts, strength training, mobility and flexibility.

Where is your gym located in Dubai?

We have two studios: Internet City and Downtown Dubai. One membership covers all three, so you can train near work one day and near home the next. If you’re looking for a “fitness center near me”, BODIFY is an excellent choice.

Do you offer ladies-only personal training?

Yes. Every personal training session is 1-on-1 with a certified female personal trainer. The programme is built around your goal, whether that be weight loss, body toning, prenatal fitness, or postnatal recovery.

Is BODIFY suitable for beginners?

Yes. Most members started with no gym experience at all. Trainers give clear guidance in every class, so you're never guessing what to do or feeling behind.

What gym membership options does BODIFY offer?

You can book a single class or choose from packs of 5, 8 or 12 classes, or 15 classes over 3 months. New members can try their first class for 55 AED, which is up to 70% off. One account gives you access to all three locations.
