What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are used when you upload a video to generate a blog post. Basic quality costs 1 credit, Pro quality costs 2 credits, and Ultra quality costs 5 credits. Your monthly credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

What happens to unused credits?

Unused monthly credits can roll over to the next month, but only for one month. Credit packs purchased separately never expire and remain in your account until used.

Can I buy more credits if I run out?

Yes! You can purchase additional credit packs at any time from your dashboard. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire.

What's the difference between quality levels?

Basic uses YouTube metadata and auto-generated captions. Pro downloads the full video for better analysis and screenshots. Ultra uses the most advanced AI model for superior blog quality, better structure, and more engaging content.

Are revisions free?

Yes! Once you've uploaded a video and generated a blog, you can regenerate it multiple times at the same quality level without using additional credits. The number of free revisions depends on your plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to higher quality levels. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
