How long will my case take to resolve?

The length of time it takes to resolve any given claim will vary, depending on the nature of the collision, the extent of your injuries, and how long it takes to treat. What are your fees?

There are no upfront fees, and we work on a contingent fee which means we ONLY get paid if YOU get paid. In a typical settlement without litigation, the normal fee is about one third of the settlement. Keep in mind, we have a long history of making recoveries FAR in excess of that which individuals could EVER collect on their own. Combined with the other ways we work to maximize our client’s net recoveries (negotiating down medical balances, for example), you can feel comfortable that the next recovery in our clients’ pockets is typically FAR higher than if our clients tried to handle a claim

In many cases we are able to help facilitate our clients getting the immediate and long term medical care that they need for their injuries, often at no out of pocket expense to our clients. In addition to being able to assist with treatment, we will also do our best to obtain reductions on these balances once your claim is resolved, often substantially increasing the “net” cash recovery to our clients on their case.
