Is my personal information safe with Artificio?

Don’t worry. Every data you share with Artificio are in safe hands. Every data transformation that takes place in different clusters of Artificio, is completely encrypted. For assured data protection, we use AWS Key Management Service. Every communication made with database is encrypted. We also maintain a detailed audit log for the executed operations.

Which document formats and types does Artificio support?

Artificio supports various document formats including scanned PDFs, images (JPG/JPEG), TIFF, DOCX etc. It can extract data seamlessly from invoices, leasing documents, sales and purchase orders, ID proofs (passports, driving license etc.), receipts etc. Our AI/ML models can label non-searchable PDFs to extract information effectively.

How long does Artificio take to complete data extraction and processing?

The time taken by Artificio to complete a data extraction process from start to finish can vary. Higher the volume of data, more is the time. However, typically, Artificio only takes a few minutes to complete the entire process.

Do I need any technological expertise to use Artificio?

Not really. If you’re a tech savvy, well and good. If not, nothing to worry about. Artificio’s extremely easy UI ensures that anybody can use this automation tool with least challenges.
