If we are able to gain access from the resort / management company / front desk prior to your arrival we will place items inside. If we are not able to gain access, we will leave items in a covered area by the door. We can not accept time frame request for delivery or returns. Time frames are based on when the driver will be in the area between 9am and 3 pm. Customers will be notified the day prior to delivery/pickup by email with a time frame.

Are baby equipment and other rental items cleaned before rented?

Yes, our rental items are sanitized with a hospital-grade cleanser upon arrival at our warehouse facility. All rental items are reinspected at the time of delivery to insure your satisfaction.

Does ABC charge a service fee?

No, we do not charge a service fee like many other rental companies!

Is there free delivery available?

What are your terms & cancellation policy?

Please add our email address ([email protected]) to your safe receiver list to make sure you receive our confirmations and delivery notification. During high-demand times like season we cannot guarantee the brand of the item you ordered. Items may look differently than they appear on our site. For same day extension we will apply a $15 fee or $25 if the driver is already there.

 Cancellations
 For cancellations up to 2 weeks before delivery there will be a 10% cancellation fee. For the 2 weeks prior to the delivery date there is no refund, except possible delivery fees.
