Is your honey really raw and unfiltered?

Yes! Our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered, harvested from our own hives in Redlands, California. We never heat or process our honey, so you get all the natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor.

Where do your bees forage?

Our bees forage across the Redlands area, visiting orange groves, wildflower fields, and local gardens. This gives our honey its unique, region-specific flavor profile that changes subtly with the seasons.

How should I store my honey?

Store your honey at room temperature in a dry place. Raw honey never expires! If it crystallizes, simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) until it returns to liquid form. Crystallization is a sign of pure, raw honey.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer free local delivery in the Redlands area for orders over $50. For all other orders, we ship nationwide with care to ensure your honey arrives safely. Visit our shipping page for details.

What is bee rescue and how does it work?

When bees establish hives in unwanted locations (walls, roofs, sheds), we safely relocate them to our apiaries instead of exterminating them. Every hive we rescue becomes a productive part of our honey operation, helping both the bees and our community.

Can I visit your apiary?

What's the difference between your honey varieties?
