Program terms

By signing up as a referrer, you confirm you are an independent person sending business to Engagemii. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or partner of Engagemii. You have no authority to bind us to anything.

You earn the direct commission percentage shown in your portal on every successful payment a brand you referred makes to Engagemii. If you bring on other referrers, you earn the downline percentage on every payment their referred brands make.

Commissions are only earned on payments actually received and kept by Engagemii. Refunds, chargebacks, and canceled subscriptions reverse the commission for that payment.

We pay out monthly via the method on file. You are responsible for your own taxes and for keeping your payment details current.

You agree not to do any of the following. Doing them will result in your account being disabled and any unpaid commissions being voided.

• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam using your referral link.
• Make false or misleading claims about Engagemii, its pricing, or what the product does.
• Use bots, fake accounts, or paid clicks to inflate referrals.
• Pretend to be Engagemii or an employee of Engagemii.
• Refer yourself or a business you control.
• Run paid search ads on the word "Engagemii" or close variants.

We can change the commission percentages, the program structure, or these terms at any time. We will tell you about meaningful changes by email or in your portal before they take effect. Your earned and unpaid commissions at the time of the change are honored at the old rate.

We can also remove anyone from the program at any time without cause, in which case we will pay out any commissions you have already earned.

The program is provided as is. Engagemii is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses you might experience. Our maximum liability to you under this program is the total commissions earned by you in the 3 months before any claim.
